Sheffaa organization has launched the home care program as the first service provider in Makkah region since 1428 E. This program has characterized as comprehensive medical care for bedridden patients, who do not have access to hospitals and medical centers, by providing services through medical field teams provided through.

It works through a periodic schedule of visits to provide home medical examination and provide medicines and medical supplies to patients, as well as provide health education and awareness to patients and their families.
